Schedule a Discovery Call

Stage 3:

Sign the Letter of Intent

If we both agree that working with you would be a good fit, then we will request a few key documents from you and we will draft up a document that outlines the key terms of the agreement so that you have peace of mind while reviewing all the details confidentially. 

 

Stage 4:

Finalize the Due Diligence Process

The LOI is a step in the right direction but there’s still a lot more work to be done before our deal comes together. We’ll need to stay in touch throughout this process. Once the design of our partnership has been finalized as well as its price and structure, we will move forward with an agreement between us all that everyone feels good about.

Stage 5:

Deal Closure Process

It’s time to draft and sign all necessary documents so that there are no unnecessary delays with obtaining capital. We want to make this as fast of a process for you as possible and close the deal. The intention is to move quickly but allow enough time for any potential complications that may arise.

Stage 6:

Post M&A Transition and Integration

A smoothly executed transition will give your company the best chance at success in the future. Every deal and company is different and there are no hard and fast rules for how this should be done, but each one has its own unique qualities that need to be taken into consideration when coming up with an individualized plan.
